A single man decides to give up living in a classic townhouse for a downtown loft. The goal was to maintain the industrial nature of the building but bring in refined elements of a gentleman’s club. Luxurious finishes contrast against the raw concrete and exposed ductwork creating a rich dichotomy of aesthetics. Utilizing a mix of client existing furnishings, vintage pieces, and custom designed elements the result is an eclectic mix that pairs the best of both worlds.
